Yes, you can have your home cleaned any time, if you agree to provide a key set or have somebody at home to open the door for the cleaner.
We try to find a suitable cleaner within 24 hours. Sometimes it may take a little longer depending on where you are, what days you want etc. It does not usually take more than two days to find a cleaner and send it to your address.
In this case, please, give us a call. We will arrange another housekeeper to be sent to your address.
It is more convenient if you provide the cleaning materials for domestic regular cleaning, but we would as well do that if requested. You will only need to have a vacuum cleaner and mop/bucket available in your home when appointing a regular cleaner. For one-of cleaning we provide vacuum and cleaning materials upon request at a separate charge.

Yes, we can provide references from current clients.
Our cleaners do not clean antiques, valuable or delicate and fragile items. They also won't clean windows from the outside unless they are not on the ground floor.
