Entrance areas

Please note: Cleaning of walls, apart from those in the bathrooms and the kitchens (kitchen spot wall cleaning only) is not included in the service; additional time upon request is required for this service.
We will do our best, using high standard cleaning detergents and standard cleaning methods, to clean all appliances and fixtures. However, if they haven’t been regularly cleaned, we will not be liable for not being able to clean dirt and grease that has been ingrained over a long period of time.
Wardrobes and cupboards must be emptied prior to the cleaning.
Freezers must be defrosted at least a day prior to the cleaning; otherwise the cleaners may not have enough time to clean them.

Steam Carpet cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, as well as exterior Window cleaning are not automatically included in the End of Tenancy cleaning and different rates and prices apply on the services. Please, let us know in advance if you’d like to book any of them.
