We have the capacity to respond in 24 hours after a request for our End of Tenancy Cleaning service has been made, any time during our working hours, which could be stretched up until late in the evening as well as at weekends.

End of Tenancy Cleaning Tasks

A good Pre / End of Tenancy cleaning should include the thorough cleaning of kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining rooms, utility rooms, hallways, entrance areas. Very often business premises such offices also need cleaning at the end or the beginning of a renting contract.  Sometimes our clients only need certain parts of their homes or offices cleaned up.

The complete Pre / Post Tenancy cleaning includes the polishing / wiping of every single surface, mirror, glass area, windowsills. Kitchen cupboards, sinks, cookers, ovens, boards, fridges, microwaves will be cleaned from inside and outside, dining tables and chaires polished. Bathrooms usually need special attention as well as the water is chalky and most of the time the lime scales are a huge problem and sometimes very hard to remove. We vacuum every mattress, sofa and chair in the house or dust them if they are leather covered. The floors will be vacuumed or swept (where the floor cover is too delicate) and then moped.

We require minimum of 5 hours per visit.
(Minimum time required 5 hours - enough for End of Tenancy Cleaning of a studio flat.)

When booking our Pre / End of Tenancy Cleaning service, please let us know if you have any cleaning materials and equipment available in your home. If not, we would supply them upon request or we could give you a list of the detergents needed if you prefer to buy them yourself.
