After Carpet Cleaning Protection Care

Thank you for your cooperation in advance. Please, follow our advices and recommendations for your own safety and to keep the cleaned carpet/rug from staining.

Slippery carpet...

Please, note that due to the moisture from freshly cleaned carpets or rugs your feet or footwear will become slippery and this could lead to serious injuries.

Open windows and doors...

Open windows and doors (or heating the premises in the winter) will reduce the time needed for the drying of carpets/rugs, which is dependent on the type of cleaning, carpet's texture, premise's temperature and humidity. Please, allow between 6 and 12 hours for the carpet to dry off.

Shoes off...

Allways take your shoes off and wear special foot protectors when coming in otherwise dirt brought from outside will stain the already cleaned carpets/rugs.

Coloured clothing...

Do not allow a contact between freshly cleaned or still damp carpets/rugs and coloured clothing, or coloured fabrics in general, as it will stain the already cleaned surface and could cause serious and deep damages. This precaution applies when upholstery have been cleaned as well.

Keep foil protectors...

Foil protectors placed by our operatives under furniture should be kept until the carpet is completely dry or for 24 hours. This is recommended as wooden or metal furniture could stain the freshly cleaned fabrics and leave permanent damages.

Keep upholstery parts separated...

Upholstery cushions must be kept seaparated until dry and not be allowed a contact with dyed fabrics, furniture that may stain them or placed on radiators.
